Delivery Information

1 – Standard next Day Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 and we guarantee same day dispatch on all stock orders placed before 3pm. All parcels are sent on a next day carrier except for palletized goods where the goods will be book in so that we deliver on a day/time suited to your business needs.

All orders under £100 will incur a £8.50 carriage charge for the UK mainland.

2 – Delivery to UK offshore and Scottish Isles will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. Free delivery on Orders over £200. £20 carriage charge will apply to orders below this value. For wholesale accounts these charges may differ.

3 – Delivery to Ireland, Republic of Ireland and The Isle of Man and The Isle of Wight will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. Free delivery on Orders over £200. £20 carriage charge will apply to orders below this value. For wholesale accounts these charges may differ.

4 – Delivery to the Scottish Highlands will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. Free delivery on Orders over £150. £20 carriage charge will apply to orders below this value. For wholesale accounts these charges may differ.

Because of the varied nature of the goods we stock, it is not possible to give a shipping charge on-line. We will however contact you within 1 working day with a no obligation quote for shipping.

Deliveries within the EU can take up to 10 days depending on what delivery service you choose. Non EU deliveries will have an expected delivery time quoted when the full export charges are confirmed.

There is no minimum order value, but all orders under £100.00 will incur a £8.50 carriage charge.

Your order may be delivered anytime between 8:30am through to 5:30pm. You will usually have to sign on receipt of your goods. If you are not around to take delivery, the carrier will leave a failed delivery calling card notifying you how to arrange either you collecting from a local depot, or to re-arrange delivery. Once signed for we will consider that the order completed. Please make sure you are confident that anyone who signs for your goods on your behalf will notify you of their arrival. We will not resend goods once we have received proof of delivery from the courier. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday and delivery will normally be delivered next working day.

Once you place your order you should receive an order confirmation email, which may include a courier link that will allow you to track the progress of your order.

With such a large stock holding, Tynechem operates from more than one distribution centre, which are in different locations. The products you order will determine which warehouse (s) your products will be dispatched from. Therefore, it is possible that you will receive separate deliveries. Please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding missing items as very occasionally our couriers can experience delays due to bad weather or other unforeseen factors.
