Introducing the Tynechem App
We’re excited to introduce the new Tynechem app – a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed to make ordering pharmaceutical packaging and supplies faster and more convenient.
There’s no need to visit an app store – simply add the app to your home screen directly from your browser. Once installed, you’ll have instant access to our product catalogue, exclusive offers, and regular updates, all in a clean, user-friendly interface. Whether you’re managing routine orders or checking the latest availability, the Tynechem app puts everything you need right at your fingertips.
What is a PWA?
A Progressive Web App (PWA) looks and feels like a mobile app but is downloaded through your browser – no need for the app store!

Installing The Tynechem App on an Android Phone
1. Open Chrome (or your preferred browser)
Visit our web app link www.tynechem.com
2. Tap the Menu Icon
Look for the 3-dot icon in the top-right corner of Chrome. It could be elsewhere on another web browser.
3. Select “Add to Home screen”
You’ll see a prompt with our app’s name and icon.
4. Confirm Installation
Tap “Add” and then “Add Automatically” if prompted.
5. Find the Icon on Your Home Screen
You can now access our app just like a regular app.
Notes:
- On Android, the process works in most browsers, but Chrome is recommended for best results.
- Depending on your device, the wording of the menu options may vary slightly.
Installing The Tynechem App on an iPhone
1. Open Safari
Launch the Safari browser on your iPhone.
2. Go to the Website
Navigate to www.tynechem.com that supports PWA installation.
3. Tap the Share Button
At the bottom of the screen, tap the square with the upward arrow (the Share icon).
4. Select “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll down the share sheet and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
5. Name the App
Tap “Add” in the top-right corner.
6. Done!
The app icon will now appear on your Home Screen like a native app.
Notes:
• PWAs on iOS open in a standalone window (no Safari interface).
• They do not have access to all system-level features (e.g. limited push notifications).
• You must use Safari for this process to work.
